Most of our products are customized to your unique zodic choices, and may take 3 - 7 business days before it is ready to ship. We appreciate your patience, and we promise that our products are carefully made, so they're definitely worth the wait.

We offer global shipping, so no matter where you are, we can get your order to you. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but please allow 5 to 15 business days for your order to arrive.

Please note that many of our items are made to order and shipped directly from our production facilities in China. As such, depending on your country’s import regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Holiday/High Volume item shipments cannot be guaranteed for holiday delivery. Please take all turnaround times into account when shopping.
